The YZP series metallurgical and lifting variable frequency speed regulating three-phase asynchronous motor is a speed regulating three-phase asynchronous motor powered by a variable frequency speed regulating device, and the system composed of the variable frequency device can achieve stepless speed regulation; To achieve the goal of energy conservation and automation control. Due to its high efficiency, wide speed range, good accuracy, stable starting and braking operation, and high overload capacity, it is particularly suitable for situations that require variable frequency speed regulation, short-term or intermittent periodic operation, and frequent starting and braking. The basic technical requirements for electric motors comply with the requirements of IEC34-1 and GB755 standards, and the installation dimensions comply with the IEC72 international standard.
Electric motors can be equipped with additional devices such as thermal protectors, heaters, encoders, electromagnetic brakes, overspeed switches, and speed generators to meet user matching needs.

Insulation level F, protection levels IP54 and IP55. Speed range 3-100Hz; 3-50Hz for constant torque operation; 50-100Hz is constant power operation. Altitude not exceeding 1000m, relative humidity not exceeding 90%. The cooling method is self fan cooling (IC411) for machine base numbers 112-132, and other fan cooling (IC416) for machine base numbers 160-335. Machine base numbers 180 and below are connected using the Y connection method, while machine base numbers 200 and above are connected using the △ connection method.
